“We used Matt Sansbury of Yacht Brokers of Annapolis as our buyer’s broker to purchase our 2011 Chaparral 330 Signature in June of 2020.  Matt did an incredible job from beginning to end.  He was energetic and enthusiastic to be our broker, without being too aggressive or overbearing (which brokers can be).  Not Matt – this is a guy who is super knowledgeable and knows boats and the market but also knows how to handle clients.  We talked to several brokers initially, but from the very first call, we had a good feeling about Matt – and we were right.  He was friendly, genuine and honestly just seemed like the thing he cared most about was that we found a boat we loved and were happy.  He was tenacious in negotiating with the seller, always super responsive to us and never too busy to take our calls (even though he was extremely busy selling tons of boats during a crazy year); he was very helpful with questions as we were looking at boats, making our offer, and eventually at survey and through closing.  Matt and his staff helped with all of the documentation that comes with a boat purchase and guided us through finding the right people to handle our insurance and financing.  He seemed to have the right contacts and connections for everything we needed.  When we were really pressing to close as quickly as possible to get on the water before the 4^th of July holiday, Matt and his staff (especially Amanda) were running around town at the last minute making things happen, getting the last few survey items corrected and papers signed to pull it off for us.  And even though we have now closed on the boat and have been enjoying it for weeks, Matt continues to check-in on us and be a resource for anything we need.  If we ever decide to sell our boat (and buy another!) – he is our guy for sure.  We can’t recommend Yacht Brokers of Annapolis highly enough – thank you Matt!!”
