PHOENIX, a 2019 (delivered 2020) Sanlorenzo SD 112’, provides the opportunity to purchase the latest model SD 112’ on the market. She has been lightly used and is found to be in excellent condition. Built to a US spec at the time of build makes her a sought-after model. The US spec is a million plus upgrade.

PHOENIX has a gorgeous Marty Lowe interior décor offering a light and airy styling throughout. The SD 112’ offers huge volumes throughout which can be observed on every deck and in every room. Her main salon offers great livable space with a large double door entry from the spacious aft deck. There is plenty of seating in the main salon, a pop TV and a fully opening balcony.

Forward to port of the main salon one will find a chef style galley perfect for preparing gourmet dining as needed. Forward of the main salon one will find a stairway up to the skylounge and pilothouse or down to the guest area forward where one will find four guest cabins. To starboard one will enter the formal foyer with dayhead and access to the on-deck master.

PHOENIX’s layout consists of 5 suites including the master suite on the main deck forward and four lower guest suites:  2 VIP doubles and 2 twins. All staterooms include ensuite, ample storage and closets and entertainment.

PHOENIX’s pilothouse is well laid out with comfortable seating and state-of-the-art nav and communications. Aft from the pilothouse one will pass a dayhead as they move into the spacious skylounge with comfortable seating, pop up TV and a complete dining area for 10, offering the feel of outside dining when weather permits and inside dining when the larger sliding doors are closed. Once through the dining area one enters the larger bridge deck aft with ample seating. Here one will find the stairs to the sundeck which is equipped with loungers, Jacuzzi, seating, and a small helm station.

Moving down the exterior stairway to the main deck one will find a larger deck with seating and table. From the aft deck one has easy access to the large swim platform which is perfect for swimming, water toys and access to the tender.
