Chloe Brighid is a fine example of the popular, award-winning Catalina 425 model yacht that received rave reviews from Practical Sailor, the Cruising World 2017 Domestic Boat of the Year, and the Sail Magazine 2017 Best Boat in the Monohull Cruising Boat 40 to 50ft category. A one-owner yacht with only 316 engine hours, she has been well maintained and kept clean. You may have seen her turning heads on the waters of Eastern NC and Virginia. She has been the perfect yacht for a young family to enjoy short trips together. 
The yacht has been professionally maintained. Most recently, the heat exchanger was replaced (fall 2023) and the bottom painted (spring 2022). A Max Prop 3 blade folding propeller was added, and the original 3 blade bronze propeller is a spare. The upgraded anchor, a 25 kg (55 lb) Rocna is a fifth generation all around anchor you can count on.
