Overview
This well maintained two owner Oceanis 35 has two cabins and one head with a separate shower room. Equipped with a furling main and lifting keel (Min draft 3'9" - Max draft 7"7"), she is a great boat for the bay whether you need extra performance while sailing or a shallower draft to get in and out of marinas. It has a great sail plan with an in-mast furling mainsail and self-tacking jib. There is also a removable bulkhead between the V-berth and the saloon, depending on if you want a more open plan living space or more privacy. The boat is currently located in Norfolk, Virginia.
