2015 Stardust Houseboat 20' x 106' $1,395,000 This boat was designed to have a smooth fiberglass-like yacht look in order to achieve this look all the weld joints on the boat were cut at a 45 Degree angle and the welds ground and polished for a sleek yacht-like look. The houseboat includes a reverse floor plan with the master stateroom in the front and the galley and living area in the rear. The Stardust was designed with four bedrooms, one of the lower staterooms has since been converted to a walk-in closet. The master suite is so unique because of the hidden flip-up helm that stows away nicely when not needed and also includes a 42-inch television on a lift. The master stateroom also includes a king bed, built-in couch and extensive cabinetry that leads to a private bath with a solid glass shower enclosure and linen closet. The large walk-in closet below, with 6 feet, 2 inches of headroom and custom cabinets can be converted into a fourth bedroom with two queen beds if desired. A second master stateroom includes a king-sized bed, en suite bath and full wall window. The Utility closet houses a stackable LG washer and dryer set and plenty of storage. The third bedroom is a lower stateroom with 6 feet, 5 inches of headroom, custom curved wall and stairs and two portholes. Moving toward the back of the houseboat, the large galley complete with all appliances, custom pantry, granite counters and eight-person counter height table is inviting. Just beyond that is an open and very spacious lounge/living area complete with a large sectional great for entertaining or enjoying conversation with family. The back deck on the boat contains a custom aluminum couch that sits over the hydraulic storage hatch a wet bar and plenty of space for patio furniture. For Power the boat has Twin MercCruiser 5.7L straight inboard engines, a 22.5 KW Westerbeke Generator, and 12 inch bow and stern thrusters.
