This Gibson 44' Executive houseboat features plenty of room both indoors and out to experience your best life on the water!
Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the upper deck, or one of the two lower decks, located both forward and aft. Inside has all of the amenities of a land based home with a comfortable living space, large galley with lots of storage and full sized fridge/freezer, and plenty of sleeping accommodations for your guests. Two heads with the main head boasting a separate shower and tub. Sliding doors forward and aft and lots of opening windows provide plenty of light and ventilation. Most furnishings will convey, making this a turn-key space for your next adventure!
Upper level:
- Cozy living room with furnishings, flat screen TV, lots of fixed and opening windows, large sliding door. Wood paneling has been painted a bright white making the space feel open and fresh. Accordion shades on the windows provide privacy.
- Helm forward with great visibility and all mechanical controls at hand.
- Fantastic galley space with lots of cabinets, countertop space, large pantry, three burner electric stove/oven, full size fridge and freezer, laminate floors.
- Aft cabin with private access to aft deck via sliding doors, built in storage, large closet, private access to main head. Currently has a single bed but can accommodate a fold out couch for a larger bed.
- Main head with dual access from the main cabin and the walk through galley. Sink with storage cabinet, wall cabinet, vaccu-flush marine head with freshwater flush & tank guage, large shower with tub, opening window.
Lower level:
- Two twin berths in forward cabin.
- A small walk way leads into a "flex" space that can be used as an additional cabin with two twin beds, or as storage.
- Equipment room with access to tanks and mechanicals all the way aft.

Exterior:
